Award-winning ad agency seeks a super-organized, detail-oriented, self-starter to help manage the exciting work we do every day.

The Account Executive is the hub of communication internally and with our clients, responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating the agency team’s strategies and tactics, including traditional media, digital, social and PR.


Responsibilities

  • Earn our clients’ respect and confidence through productive working relationships and deadline management
  • Communicate and relay information and ideas in a clear, concise, and timely manner to both the internal agency team and client representatives
  • Hands-on management of workflow and client expectations while delivering work on strategy, on time, and within budget
  • Help plan, analyze, and evaluate marketing strategies
  • Prepare accurate and timely communications, including status reports, strategy/creative briefs, media plans/flowcharts, and budget updates to both agency staff and clients
  • Monitor project estimates versus time and cost accruals to effectively manage client budgets
  • Assist with PR activities
  • Participate in new business activities and presentations
  • Assist the Media Director with approved creative materials and traffic

Requirements

  • A “self-starter,” capable of anticipating needs and acting without direction
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks against client deadlines
  • Diligent and meticulous with a proven ability to manage details
  • Strong Marketing Comms writing skills
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills
  • Proven experience with PR writing, distribution, and media relations a plus
  • Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and organize information, and present a point-of-view with insight and sound judgment
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, plus 3 years experience in a similar role at an advertising/marketing agency or corporate marketing department
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel; familiar with Google Drive and collaboration tools, such as Basecamp
